Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Who we are

Webcrawl Ltd
Private limited company registered in England and Wales
Registered office : 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
E-mail : [email protected]

These terms apply to the website https://webcrawl.site and to the Webcrawl apps for iOS and Android (together, the “service”). By using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

Webcrawl provides webmaster tools: a sitemap generator that crawls a site’s public pages and scores its health, a robots.txt generator and tester, and an explorer of a site’s public files (robots.txt, sitemaps, llms.txt, ads.txt, security.txt…). A free plan is available. Webcrawl Pro is a paid subscription with higher limits and extra features, described on the pricing page.

3. Your account

4. Free plan and limits

The free plan includes a limited number of pages per crawl and crawls per month, shown on the pricing page and in the app. Limits also protect our servers and the sites crawled; we may adjust them with reasonable notice.

5. Webcrawl Pro subscriptions

6. Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union and subscribe on the website, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase without giving a reason. Because Pro starts straight away at your request, if you cancel within those 14 days we will refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the period of service already provided. To cancel, write to [email protected] or use the contact form. For purchases made in the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Outside these cases, payments for periods already started are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

8. Results, scores and alerts

Files, scores and alerts reflect what our bot could crawl at the time: pages reachable only through JavaScript, behind a login or not linked may be missing. The health score is an indicator, not a guarantee of search ranking. Scheduled crawls and alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be delayed. Check files before publishing them.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the consequences of publishing generated files, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in “My account” or in the app. Cancel any app store subscription in the store first. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms; if we close a paid account without such a breach, we will refund the unused part of the period.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify subscribers of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
